What is Form?

01 HEFU is the daily male standard. Fourteen sachets. Two a day. Not a performance.

How do I take it?

Two sachets a day. One box is fourteen days. Same ritual, different day.

What’s in it?

Each formula is a short list in a vegetarian capsule. The stack lives on the product page. Amounts and extracts to be locked with manufacture. Nothing extra for the label.

How do I buy?

Add Form to your bag on the product page. Checkout isn’t live yet. The bag is saved on this device. When it is, you’ll pay from Shop.

Do you ship?

From London. The UK is standard. Tracking when it leaves. Outside the UK, ask. Full note on shipping & returns.

Can I return it?

Fourteen days from delivery, unopened boxes only. Opened sachets stay with you. Write to support before you send anything back. If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, that’s on us.

Is there a subscription?

Recurring checkout is not live yet. For now, add a single box to your bag or write to us if you need help planning a regular order.
