01 / Shipping

Orders leave London once checkout is live. The UK is standard. We’ll confirm timing and any cost at checkout, not here, not guessed.

• Packed as it should be. Tracking when it leaves.
• A few working days to dispatch, then however long the carrier takes.
• Outside the UK: ask. We’ll say if we can.

02 / Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Form is a sealed daily supplement. Unopened boxes only. Opened sachets stay with you.

• Write to support with your name and order before you send anything back.
• We’ll tell you where it goes. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged.
• Refunds once we have it back, unopened, in saleable condition.

03 / If we got it wrong

Damaged, missing, or not what you ordered: that’s on us. Photograph it, write to support, and we’ll put it right. Don’t wait out the 14 days on a fault.
