About these terms

This website is run by XUFU, a cultural health company based in London. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you buy from us, they form part of our contract with you. You can reach us at info@xufu.co.uk.

Using the site

The site, including the journal, is for general information. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a doctor or pharmacist. Always speak to your GP before taking a supplement if you take any prescription medicine or have a medical condition.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. Formulas, amounts and details may change; the label on your pack is the final word for the product you have.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, copy it wholesale, or use it for anything unlawful.

XUFU Original

XUFU Original is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The recommended daily serving is four size 00 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of the reach of young children. It is for adults only. Read the cautions on the XUFU Original page and on the pack before use.

Orders

Checkout is not open yet. When it is, prices will be shown at checkout in pounds sterling, including VAT where it applies. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, in which case you will not be charged.

Delivery

We ship from London. Delivery timings and any costs will be confirmed at checkout. More on our shipping and returns page.

Changing your mind, and faulty goods

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, and return it unopened, without giving a reason. Tell us by email first. XUFU Original is a sealed health product, so once the seal on a pouch has been broken it cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons, unless it is faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return; return postage is yours unless we made a mistake.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

The list and the 10% code

Joining the list is free. The 10% code we send you is for your first order of XUFU Original, one use per person. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and it applies once checkout is open.

Our work

The XUFU name and logo, the gallery, the journal, the photographs and the words on this site belong to us or the people we work with. You are welcome to share links. Please do not reuse our content without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10 / Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
