What we make

XUFU Original is a food supplement for men, led by 1,500mg L-Citrulline and paired with L-Arginine, horny goat weed, muira puama, damiana, Siberian ginseng and piperine. The full four-capsule serving provides the amounts shown on the product page.

How we write about it

The journal separates botanical history, biological pathways and human evidence. Where research uses a different dose or population, we say so. We do not present tradition as proof, or a food supplement as a medicine.
